Do I need to transfer domains?
No. Domnr does not require domain transfers. Add domains by entering their names — we use WHOIS and DNS lookups to track them. Your domains stay registered with your current registrar.
Does Domnr connect to registrars?
No. Domnr reads public WHOIS and DNS data. There are no API connections to registrars. You keep full control of your domains where they are.
How are DNS changes detected?
We periodically fetch DNS records for your domains and compare them to previous snapshots. When a change is detected, we log it and can notify you. The check interval depends on your plan.
Is this a registrar?
No. Domnr is a monitoring and tracking tool, not a registrar. We help you stay on top of renewals, DNS changes, and uptime — but you register and renew domains with your chosen registrar.
Can agencies manage clients separately?
Yes. Growth and Business plans include team seats. You can invite team members and organize domains by portfolio. For multi-tenant client separation, get in touch — we can discuss your needs.
Can I export data?
Yes. Higher-tier plans include data export. You can export your domain data and history. We believe in no lock-in.
