Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade in seconds, and plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, and your domain and monitor limits update right away.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
How are seats billed?
Seats use high-water billing: you pay for the highest number of team members during each billing period. Removing members lowers your seat count at the next renewal, not mid-cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll never delete your data. You'll see a notice as you approach a limit — upgrade or reduce usage to stay within your plan. Portfolio and watchlist limits are separate, and seat billing uses the high-water mark during the period.
What counts as a domain?
Portfolio and watchlist each have their own limits. Each domain in your portfolio counts toward your portfolio limit; each in your watchlist counts toward your watchlist limit. Subdomains do not count separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts — cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No credit card is required to start on the free plan.
