Welcome to the Domnr blog. This is the first post on our new public surface — a fast, static, crawlable home for everything a logged-out visitor or a search engine should see.
Why a separate marketing surface
The Domnr product app is a client-rendered single-page app. That’s the right tool for a stateful dashboard, but it’s invisible to crawlers by default — which defeats the purpose of a blog. Rather than retrofit server rendering onto the dashboard, we built a dedicated Astro app for the public surface.
That gives us crawlable HTML with near-zero JavaScript, typed MDX content, and built-in sitemap and RSS — the foundations the rest of our SEO work builds on.

This post exists mostly to prove the setup end to end: content collection,
MDX rendering, RSS, sitemap inclusion, and Article structured data. If you’re
